Delete your account.

You can permanently delete your yoursaveur account and its associated data at any time. Enter the email you use to sign in and we'll verify and process your request — you don't need to be signed in.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile — name, email and profile photo
  • Your saved recipes and grocery lists
  • Videos and images you uploaded for scanning
  • Any remaining scan credits

What we keep

Records of past purchases are retained only where required for legal, accounting and tax purposes. These hold no card details — payments are handled by Stripe, and yoursaveur never stores your card number. Retained records are deleted once the applicable period ends.

Submitting records a deletion request for review. We verify and permanently delete your account and data — usually within 30 days — and email you a confirmation.
